Hi [name of person],

[Client] would like to arrange a [call/meeting/video chat] with you in the coming weeks. Please let me know if any of the following times work for you:

• Option 1: Date + time + time zone
• Option 2: Date + time + time zone
• Option 3: Date + time + time zone



If none of these times work, please feel free to suggest alternatives and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
